Chapter 1
1.1 Johnny's position in the Lapham household is he is the boss of the attic, and almost all of the entire Lapham household. Johnny is the boss of Dove and Dusty, and even though Dove is older than Johnny, Johnny is still the boss. 1.2 Dove admired Johnny, and yet he also envied him. Johnny extremely dislikes Dove. Chapter 3 3.1 Johny is very serious about his sivler smith work at Mr. Lampham's siver smith shop. His plan for the future is to marry Cilla, and inherit the siliver smith shop. Chapter 4 4.1 The fact that Johny works while the other do leasuire activities shows that his work is far more important than leaisure activities. Chapter 6 6.1 The Ltye's crest looks like an eye rising up from the sea, and the rays of the light stream out half coving the surface of the cup.
Unit 2: The Pride Of Your Power
Chapter 1 1.1 He turns down Paul Revere's offer, because the Lampham household would fall apart with out him, and that would make Johnny feel gulity. Chapter 3 3.1 One event leading up to Johnny's accident is that they where working on the Sabbath. Another, was that Dove gave him a broken crucible, and it broke while he was using it.When the tool broke it left his hand maimed. Chapter 5 5.1 Johny's life changes, because he can't work with his maimed hand. He is basically useless except for he can do household chores and other small jobs.
Unit 3: An Earth of Brass
Chapter 1 1.1 Rab doesn't react to Johnnys' burn at all. Johnny admires Rab because he had confindence and his confidence supported others. Chapter 3 3.1 The title An Earth of Brass is because Johnny used to be a really good silversmith, but now he is not worth any more than brass.
Unit 4: The Rising Eye
Chapter 1 1.1 Merchant Lythe is a ver rude and bossy man. Chapter 5 5.1 There wasn't any evidence that he stole the cup, therefore, the court decided in his favor. Another reason the court decided in his favor was the fact that the girls came to the court and spoke in his defense, and told the story of how Johnny showed them the cup.
Unit 5: The Boston Observer
Chapter 2 2.1 Johnny's Responsiblilites as a messenger are to deliver messages to the Observer Club's (Sons of Liberty) memebers, and to do it in a secret manner. This is important to the Whig's communication system because the need to keep there meetings secret. The reason they need to keep there meeting secret is because they are planning a revolution against Brittian, and if they all got caught they would be punished severly. Chapter 3 and 4 3,4.1 Johnny enjoys his life as a messenger, but at first he was some what home sick. 3,4.2 People tend to live up to others expectations because its the easy way, and they don't have the will to try. 3,4.3 Rad sugests that Johnny be kinder to other people, and think before he speaks. 3,4.4 The Observers' Club is a treasonous organization, because it is planning a rebellion against Britian.

Chapter 1 1.1 The punishment England imposes on the colonists for the Boston tea party is they closed the ports, and only Englands warships where aloud to enter the ports until the tea was paid for. 1.2 The punishment units the colonies, because the punishment affects them too. The reason the punishment affects them is that because the ports our closed the other coloines will run out of food also.
